Public Relations Policy
The Hotlanta Roundup Chair is the Public Relations Officer representing the Roundup in all matters dealing with the media (media being defined as press, radio, films, TV, photographers, internet social websites, bloggers, vbloggers and any other vehicles used to convey HRU information to the public).

Committee chairs, committee members, volunteers and event contestants are to refrain from talking to or communicating with the media on behalf of Hotlanta Roundup and are to refer any requests for media interaction to the HRU Chair.
